Hi, I'm Tom - Founder of Qi-STRONG™
For more than 30 years, I’ve worked in the health, fitness and wellness world – helping people move better, feel stronger and live with more energy.
My approach combines strength training, mobility, breathwork and Qi Gong to support both body and mind in a practical, sustainable way.
In 2017, I suffered a life-changing stroke caused by a rare undiagnosed AVM. The experience completely reshaped my understanding of health, resilience and what truly sustainable strength looks like.
What followed was not only a recovery, but a much deeper respect for the body – its intelligence, adaptability and capacity to heal.
Qi-STRONG™ was born from that journey.
A method that blends breath, mobility, joint-friendly strength and nervous system regulation into a practical approach for modern life.
